Abruzzo Italian Kitchen opened in December 2017. As is the Italian tradition, our focus is on the quality of our ingredients and simplicity of preparation. We cook by hand, from scratch, including all of our fresh pastas and wood fired pizzas. In addition to the Italian staples, we offer an extensive shared plates selection, grilled steaks, fresh seafood, and a small but decadent dessert list, all prepared in-house and served alongside an Italian-focused cocktail program and an Italian-centric wine list. You’ll find an elegant dining experience with a relaxed and refined atmosphere at the Prince of Wales Hotel with the Royal Stewart Dining Room, Windsor Lounge and Afternoon Tea. Take part in a time honored Waterton tradition with Afternoon Tea at the Prince of Wales Hotel. Inspired by British tradition, Afternoon Tea features a selection of teas from Jolene's Tea House (Banff, Alberta) and a variety of delectable sandwich squares and pastries. 24 hours are required for any dietary restrictions.Tea is served in the Royal Stewart Dining Room, which overlooks Waterton Lake for some of the most spectacular views around. Join us for this unique experience daily from 12 PM to 4 PM during the summer operating season. Looking for Dinner, join us in the Royal Stewart Dining Room between 5 PM - 9:00 PM and watch the sunset while you dine on locally inspired dishes.The Windsor Lounge is open seating with first come, first served.

Repas tout à fait divin. Portions généreuses. Plats chauds et réconfortants. Le service était impeccable. La gentillesse du personnel est à souligner. L’endroit est cozy et joli. Nous suggérons ce restaurant sans hésiter
