The Sommelier (separate area) was brand new, and explained the flavors once we asked, while continually checking notes. She was sweet, just not knowledgeable or attentive. Same with the wait staff. We were standing by the fire after the tasting (a bit early for the reservation) and no one came to check on us. I checked in with the hostess, and she barely acknowledged me. 10 minutes later, the elder Sommelier came out and took great care of us. He said there was no need to wait, and we got the table set up. There were only a few tables of people at that time, but it filled up quick. They were really short handed.
