Koshō Restaurant at The Barlow is a modern Japanese and sushi restaurant in Sebastopol with a progressive focus on food, local ingredients, and sustainability. Koshō derives its moniker from the condiment of the same name, Yuzu Koshō. Des plats raffinés et délicieux , un service à la hauteur ; seul petit bémol une carte assez réduite et des plats un peu chers . Mais la qualité était là. Je recommande !
