Myself and my husband had a lovely afternoon tea. One Afternoon Sea and an Afternoon Cheese. Delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

My friend's first time at the Norwich Ivy, my third - it was outstanding, we will be back for sure. Next time I might even take my husband!

Lovely Sunday lunch at the Parson Woodforde... although it was very busy, we were greeted straight away and shown to our table, within a couple of minutes of being seated we were offered drinks. Menus were already on the table. Once we had chosen our meals (lots of choice whereas many restaurants offer roasts only), the food was served quickly and was hot and plenty of it. The staff were all cheerful and kept popping back to see if all was well, and whether we needed anything else. A friendly place to enjoy a really nice meal, we'll definitely be be back :)

The food and service is always of a high standard. This particular occasion had a very tall, middle-aged gentleman servicing and what looked like potentially managing the place who was not welcoming, not polite, not courteous or friendly and hence why my lower than normal scoring. The usual polite and welcoming staff were otherwise there whom I'd have welcomed been served by instead.

It’s half term it’s busy but we were seated when we wanted to, we requested the window. Got a lovely seat at the window and it wasn’t long before waitress came to us so service was good. The noise level was loud but to be expected with being half term all in all One of our regular little restaurants.
