Chet's is Closed for the Spring and will reopen for Summer on June 8. Chet's is open for breakfast daily from 6:30-10:30am, Bar and Lounge 5-10pm, and for dinner 5-10pm featuring Montana favorites. Located in the Huntley Lodge. Reservations are encouraged for dinner, walk-ins are always welcome. Your adventure at Meadow Vue Ranch begins between 6:15 and 6:45 pm on a Wednesday or Saturday night. The first item of business is checking in at the cook shack you will get your tickets and pay for the rodeo and dinner. After checking in it is great time to go pick a seat next to the rodeo arena so that you can see all the action that is about to happen. 7 pm the rodeo begins with the presentation of the flag and the national anthem. There is something special about the national anthem at a rodeo. The action shifts to the mounted drill the children that are participating in our summer camp. The kids get to show all of the skills that they have learned over the past week. It is about to get western as it is time to check out the action down at the bucking shoots where we have bull riding, saddle bronc riding, and bareback riding. We bring in cowboys & cowgirls from all of the West Yellowstone area to come compete at our rodeos.

This meal was amazing and our server Christopher is excellent. The cocktails were delicious, the appetizers of queso and shrimp cocktail was excellent, (could have had a couple more shrimp on the plate but they were tasty) and the steaks and sides were truly remarkable. The Dry Aged New York with blue cheese crust was the best steak I have had in some time. The garlic clove on the plate is an excellent touch as well. Christopher was knowledgeable, fast and provided excellent suggestions. All around great service. We have mentioned at least 3 times what a great meal we had! Thanks Block 3.

Incredible ambiance. Beautiful hotel. Really enjoyed. One entree did not work out but the other two were awesome.
