The food here is consistently excellent - every single time. They are known for their fried oysters and are the best we've ever had. We typically go if there is a special occasion in the family or friend group. They do offer a free dessert for birthdays which is a really nice touch! We had the creme brule but I've been told the bread pudding is to die for! They have an outdoor patio which is great in the warmer months. The inside ambience is really nice - especially at night. Servers are clearly highly trained and so very attentive!! I honestly have never had a bad service or food experience here ever. You will not be disappointed - run to Roosters!

Once again a great experience at Firebirds. Making reservations for plans to visit on the weekends may not be absolutely required but it sure makes the experience much better. Their Consistency in solidly good service, food quality and taste as well as atmosphere is what keeps them as a top pick when we’re looking for a good meal.

Let me tell you—it did not disappoint! My dry-aged ribeye was absolute perfection, the crab and bacon dip was next-level delicious, and the au gratin potatoes had the perfect hint of pepper to balance the cheesy goodness. And just when we thought the night couldn’t get any better, they surprised us with a heavenly apple dessert—what a class act! The ambiance was flawless, and our server made the evening even more special with top-tier service. If you’re looking for an incredible dining experience, this is the place.
