This is within our historic gentlemen's social club, built-in 1907. Our spacious venue allows for individual experiences in various spaces, including our rooftop terrace.     I love this restaurant, but the last few visits there’s been a problem with the food temperature. I had short ribs and my short ribs were impeccable. The temperature was perfect, but all the other pieces with it ….the purée,the carrots and the potatoes were all cool. They were not anywhere near warm enough so they’ve got to figure that out…. maybe warming up the plates? On my last visit my soup was cool and I should’ve sent it back, but of course the dishes are so beautifully plated and the soup had decorations on top, but I’m not the only one that has had a problem with temperature. I was at lunch with a friend and she had the same problem with her soup so the cook must get a plan. I can’t be the only one that’s having problems with the food temperature.

    We traveled over five hours from Massachusetts to check out a local college and stayed overnight in Bangor. My nephew loves BWW and it was a great time to relax with him after a long day. The food was perfect and the wait staff was great. Highly recommended
