Dinner was amazing. The manager was very polite and had wonderful communication. The atmosphere was great, definitely a good experience if visiting Downtown Annapolis.

This was our second visit to Carpaccios and we're so glad we came back. The drinks were great, calamari appetizer was delicious and the lasagna bolognese and pork chops meals were scrumptious. Our server Kurt was friendly and professional.

The food and overall experience is outstanding. Terrific service. Delicious food. It is a noisier restaurant and that may be due to the high ceilings for anyone with older people joining your party. Everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Started with Hamachi Crudo, excellent with a bit of heat. Crispy Escargot on cremini mushrooms delicious, roasted Bone Marrow rich, Lobster Risotto tasty, and Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye cooked to perfection and very tender. Everything was amazing. Sat at the bar and watched the very talented staff making exotic cocktails like a well oiled machine all while taking very good care of us.

Food was EXCELLENT and Service was great! We will definitely be returning to Blackwall Hitch!
