- LLauraAberdeen/Aberdeenshire •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoAnother fantastic meal here! We arrived a little early for our booking but we were taken to a table really promptly. The menu had a great choice. Meal was fantastic - completely defeated by the mac and cheese. Server was great - even ran to get me a spoon to eat my take away pudding as we still had to get more Christmas shopping done!More infoMaggies Grill - Marischal SquarePrice: Moderate• Cajun• Aberdeen•4.8
- HHannahShropshire •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a wonderful family Saturday lunch here - the food was absolutely incredible, and the service was fantastic. I’d made a note when booking that we’d be bringing our 9-month-old baby - not only was a high chair already set up when we arrived, they also went to the trouble to lay out her own cutlery and cup (which she very much enjoyed playing with!). We’ll definitely be back!More infoThe Stack Restaurant and BarPrice: Expensive• Modern European• Aberdeen•4.8
- SSiobhanAngus/Fife •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoHighly recommend the Tolbooth. Went here recently for a date night with my boyfriend. The service and food were amazing. Quality of food compared to price is very good. I had the oysters to start and my partner had the shellfish bisque. For mains we had the blade of beef and I was going to have the hake but with the fish markets being all over the place I opted for the cod which came with the same accompaniments as the hake. The piece of cod and beef we received was a very good portion. Everything was delicious. For desserts we had the salted pecan cookie and the Christmas pudding both were lovely. Good portions good food good service! My only quibble is I wish there was more options for single glasses of Rose. It was nice but a little more choice would be grand. We will be back!More infoThe Tolbooth RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Kincardineshire•4.8

Extensive choice of accompanying wines. Fruh Kolsh as excellent choice for an alcohol free beer. Deserts are superb.
