Kachka features an award-winning menu of post-soviet inspired dishes including famous dishes such as the Herring under a fur coat, Rabbit in a clay pot, dumplings and much more. Walk-in's always welcome! Screen Door is a restaurant that presents itself as a love letter to the American South and the revival of regional cooking. Each day, the restaurant receives natural, local organic meats and produce from nearby vendors. The inclusion of regional Pacific Northwest ingredients into a menu of dishes developed in the south has created a unique flavor profile in Screen Door's menu. Many of Screen Doors dishes draw their inspiration from Louisiana and the Cajun cooking that's found there.     I’ve dined at kachka more times than I can count and this was among the very best! Food and drink were impeccable. The dumplings and rabbit were superb. Always love herring under a fur coat!! I will be back…many times over.

    Nostrana is an outstanding restaurant. The dining room and bar are quite beautiful and nicely furnished with quality design elements. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. The food was delicious with generous portions. We shared the wonderful Insalata Nostrana with radicchio, Parmesan Cheese, Caesar dressing and rosemary & sage croutons. For our Primi course we had the Gigli Pasta which was delightful and our Secondo course was the Mushroom stuffed Idaho Trout with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. The trout was perfectly fried and deboned and, was topped by a generous dollop of black truffle butter which made it a very special dish. Nostrana is what a fine dining Italian Restaurant should aspire to. We’ll be back!

    We had a wonderful dining experience. The food was excellent and good value. Creative and delicious cocktails. The service was incredibly friendly and professional! Do not miss the fried tofu appetizer. None of us at the table were typically fond of tofu but this was absolutely delicious! Quite a revelation!

    Very good tapas and drinks; the Gildas, the meatballs, and patatas brava were my favorites. Very helpful and attentive waitstaff. The ambiance in the firepit "outdoor" room is lovely.
