We came for a free theater dinner. Our servers were very attentive to our time restrictions. We've selected off of the early bird menu, and everyone was very pleased with their meals. Extraordinary by any measure. Our go-to restaurant for a special dining experience. Lots of choices in Jacksonville but Ruth's Chris never disappoints. Long-time fan of the chain locations in San Diego and Scottsdale but this one rises to the top by far. Two managers strolling about making sure everything is perfect (it was) and manager Skylar's brief visits were appropriate and never intrusive. Of course we'll return.

The food was Great atmosphere was fantastic but the only problem is it was a little bit slow on the food being served other than that. It was a great experience and I recommended to anybody in the Jacksonville area.

Atmosphere was great, got seated in a side booth where there was less noise. Tried the house amber which was good, wife liked her cocktail. Pizza was a bit disappointing, advertised as Chicago style but not really, was only about halfway up the pan and the toppings were REALLY scattered. Our waiter was personable; had a lot of rain while we were there and had a drip by our seat, but we deployed an empty glass to reduce the splatter.
