    We had a fantastic experience at Decant tonight! We had the grilled Spanish octopus, the mixed greens salad, the focaccia bread with olive oil, the lamb loin, and the black cod. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. We took advantage of the free mocktail special (through January), and had the honey crème brûlée for dessert. Our server, Austin H, was exceptionally professional and very attentive! We will be back and give Decant very high accolades!

    The food was great, and April, our server, was attentive, patient and extremely helpful working with my wife’s food allergies. Thanks also to the chef for being so accommodating in this regard. Great place we are lucky to have in Ashland.

    Manchurian roasted cauliflower is superb! Silly rule that Happy Hour drinks are only available in the lounge when the dining area is directly open to the lounge! The lounge was actually quieter than the dining area as the live piano player, along with a larger crowd, made the dining area noisier.
