Our haunted creations are consciously hand crafted from scratch with the upmost premium ingredients, without artificial flavors or colors.Our eerie drinks include Betelgeuse, featuring an edible June beetle; the Ectoplasm Martini, crafted with a ghostly elixir made from peppers and cucumber; the Black Window with its true darkness derived from squid ink; or the Pet Cemetery with a scrumptious battered chicken foot. The food menu is inspired by the most evil inhabitants of this earth with tasty bites and seared flesh. During the winter, Cinnabar is your après ski spot, conveniently located just inside Earl’s Lodge at the base. It's family friendly with incredible gastro-pub style cuisine and a full complement of spirits, wine, and local craft beers. Live music is offered on weekends during the ski season.
