Second time doing tasting menu and it did not disappoint. Everything was presented well and tasted better. Very intimate experience. Staff are very personable and attentive. We will attend the next new tasting menu.

The Valentine Dinner was remarkable. It was a four course meal and we had the tomato bisque soup with balsamic drizzle, which sounds wearied but it added a complementing flavor; bacon wrap shrimp, which has a great smoky flavor and the shrimp was cooked perfectly; the Halibut dinner which had a sauce that complemented the halibut and potatoes and the halibut was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth; and for desert we has a light a fluffy tiramisu, which was also delicious. In addition the service was excellent and attentive.

Nice evening celebrating Valentines. Food and ambiance over rode poor service which from looking around was exclusively to table being handled by our waiter.

Food was excellent! Please convey to the chef who prepared our Salmon - it was done to perfection and the flavors, "oh so delicious". This was our second time for waitress Deeanna L. She helped make our Valentine's Day a delight. We will continue to ask for her. My financee and I were disappointed to see the "Pickled Beet salad" removed from the menu. We had the salad once before and it was such a surprise. Who would ever think a beet salad would be so flavorful and so good, but it certainly was. And it has a surprise awesome crunchiness to it. That said, we were so much looking forward to having again. A big disappointment when not seeing on the menu and hearing, "yes it had been taken off". If the salad is not popular, we would wager it is due to people thinking like we first did, "how good could a pickled beet salad be". We hope you put it back on the menu and advertise it! We went in for my birthday dinner and had an excellent dinning experience. Our server was attentive and friendly and the food was tasty. I highly recommend Market Tavern for a great meal. Only critique would be that it can get a little noisy but overall a great place for dinner.
