We always appreciate when Natalie is our server. She the best!

We had a 7PM reservation and did not get seated until almost 7:30. Nonetheless, once we were seated our server and food were amazing!

I had the Salmon dinner and my husband had the chicken Parmesan. We also had the meatball appetizer. Everything was excellent and delicious! We sat in the bar room at a table and were very comfortable. Our waitress, Alexa, was very friendly and attentive. Great restaurant!

The Valentines Day Special was good. The steak was cooked to perfection. The shrimp was okay, but could have used more seasoning. The advertisement led me to believe dessert was included in the price, but that was not so. We had reservations, but were seated in the booth closest to the front door which opened up to the casino lobby. Whenever the casino’s front door opened, we felt the draft of cold air from outside. I marveled at how many people walk really slowly through the doors and let lots of cold air in. This was at least our third consecutive Valentines Day dinner at Guy Fieri’s, but the two previous ones gave us more features, like wine and dessert in the Valentines Day meal package.

For being open on Christmas Day the staff was warm and friendly and our waiter was superb! He came over when needed and checked up on us at the correct times. The area was clean and for being a seafood place it did not have the “smell”. My sis in law was allergic to shellfish and they noted it and made sure she was safe No wonder this restaurant thrives! It starts with the people and you can tell the staff is happy and proud of their establishment nicely done!
