The restaurant was founded in 1895 on rue de la Coutellerie, a street that owes its name to the many active cutlers. Its current name is more recent, no doubt due to the offbeat humour of one of its previous owners! This was our second Christmas Day spent at Bistro V. It was even better than last year, which was amazing. Each dish of the 5 course meal was exquisite as were the wine pairings. We look forward to visiting this restaurant for years to come.
