Started off with a couple craft cocktails before having wine with our appetizer and completed our experience with two great entrées.More infoFratelli Italian Kitchen & Wine BarPrice: Moderate• Italian• Lynchburg•4.6

- SShenediaGreensboro / Winston Salem / Highpoint •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoSkyline was an excellent choice for my birthday dinner. My husband and I were seeking a new restaurant and happily discovered it. The atmosphere was delightful; not overly formal, but refined and stylish. While I'm not a food critic, our meal was superb. My husband appreciates a well-prepared shrimp and grits dish, and I have a similar fondness for salmon; we were both extremely satisfied. The food's flavor, portion size, and presentation were all exceptional. The staff were friendly, courteous, and efficient. I cannot recall our server's name, but her service was outstanding! We will certainly return and recommend Skyline to our friends. We eagerly anticipate enjoying the rooftop dining area in the springtime. A perfect discovery!More infoSkylinePrice: Expensive• American• Lynchburg•4.7
- CCarrieVIPVirginia •27 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 27, 2024My husband and I chose to take a road trip to Lynchburg to end our holiday break and he asked me to find a nice restaurant in town for our Saturday dining. I was definitely looking for a steakhouse and Shoemakers fit the bill. The restaurant is beautiful with an inviting atmosphere. Great cocktail list and some excellent wines to choose from as well. Waitress was pleasant and knowledgeable. I chose the ribeye on her recommendation which I could taste the char and fantastic grilled flavor it was just more medium than medium rare. Dessert was a derby pie that reminded me of my mother’s. We really had a lovely evening and would come back again.More infoShoemaker's GrillePrice: Expensive• American• Lynchburg•4.5
