- DDeeDeeSeattle / Eastern Washington •20 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoBeautiful views with wonderful food but the ambiance is lacking. Servers/expeditors and bus people rushing/running from "the Pass" through tables to their sections, music mostly from the 70's and 80's, and kind of loud. While it's fun music, not for a romantic dinner. Wine selections wonderful and our craft cocktails were amazing. Port Wine Black Cod and gorgonzola risotto was perfect, and Mahi Mahi was over just a bit and served with a dense vegetable medley of fried Brussel sprouts and parsnips/turnips. Coconut Shrimp were a bit over cooked, dark fried, which could have been lighter as well. Service was good but I believe our server had a large section which left long gaps in seeing her around us, checking in or delivering drinks/wine timely. we will be back, trying other options.More infoStanley & Seafort'sPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Tacoma•4.4

- CCatharineSeattle / Eastern Washington •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoLast night, I had the pleasure of indulging in a wine and food pairing that can only be described as extraordinary. The combination of carefully selected wines and expertly prepared dishes created an unforgettable culinary experience that left me in awe. What truly set this experience apart was the thoughtfulness of the pairings. Each wine was chosen to complement the dish it accompanied, elevating both the food and the drink. The impeccable service and relaxed atmosphere made this experience even more memorable. The restaurant's ambiance, with its beautiful décor, created a perfect backdrop for this exceptional meal. I highly recommend Copper and Salt Northwest Kitchen and can't wait for the next time. Cheers!More infoCopper & Salt Northwest KitchenPrice: Expensive• American• Tacoma•4.6
