Absolutely fabulous! The food is always delicious and very consistent. We always have a great meal. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The atmosphere was festive and fun. The food was very tasty. The only reason I gave the 3 star review to the food was the lack of choice. I felt that 3 choices for the first course would be better and the prime rib was undercooked. I’ve never been anywhere that I wasn’t offered a choice of cooking temperature (how well done I wanted it.) I should have asked to have it cooked more but didn’t. That’s on me. Overall, it was a great experience. Expect to pay $$$$.

This was quite an experience on Christmas Day with a reservation of 2:30p for four. After arriving, we were told that the cooks and most of the waiters and waitresses had called in sick and that there was going to be very limited seating. We found out that there would be a short wait and even though we had a reservation, they had to accommodate customers due to this limited condition. We were told that the manager and regional supervisor were cooking and serving and that some dedicated staff did show up to help. Even though we expected a long delay in seating, we were seated by 2:45p which was only a 15 minute wait. We were seated in a very nice area which gave us time to analyze what was going on and it seemed very organized with the limited staff doing all they could to accommodate the few tables. Our waitress appeared, was very pleasant and although seemed stressed to the situation, did not show any negative feelings. She took our orders and proceeded with the normal service of buns and drinks and within the normal period of time, our salads appeared, perfectly served and fresh. Our full meals then followed and each item was perfection from the tender steaks to the special of the day, including lobster. The four of us were amazed and how everything was almost perfect, due to the circumstances of what all the employees had to face. We completed our meals with satisfaction, the waitress was kind and friendly and very efficient and was also greeted on our way out by the limited staff, making sure we had been happy with the meal and service. As a side note, we had to have a great deal of sympathy for the greeter at the entrance, to have to explain to the incoming customers, the circumstances and that they possibly would have a long wait or no service at all due to the limited staff. A lot of customers did leave and I am sure their Christmas dinner was not as they expected. All in all, we were so pleased and will definitely go back to Red Lobster.

I always leave happy. It's become my favorite spot to take myself out for a treat! Delicious food and wine and the staff are always so sweet and kind, and willing to be silly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at The Lindsay. My wife is vegan, and the chef made her a delicious entree with fresh vegetables that he had on hand. I loved the chicken wing appetizer (some of the tastiest wings I've ever had), and we shared the delicious Brussels sprouts. Other items we ordered included the eggplant Parmigiana and the arugula salad. Everything was wonderful, and I highly recommend The Lindsay's restaurant.
