The drinks are well made and crafted well. The bar burger is excellent. The shrimp and lobster wontons are brilliant. Great place. Love the staff, especially Brittany and Jeremy

So I deducted a star for 2 reasons 1- The large TVs around the bar which I admit I couldn’t hear, were distracting me from the romantic atmosphere that Insignia offers with the modern jazz music , impeccable service, and wonderful food. 2- we had ordered from the $69 weekday pre fixe menu which gives you a great selection to choose from. What I didn’t care for was how the chef plated each dish. One dish had a piece of salmon and the other dish was skirt steak . Each cooked to perfection but looked naked on a plate with no trimmings. Gordon Ramsey would be highly disappointed to say the least. Well I said my piece and I would still go back !

The food was great, and the drink I had was even better! They made me an old drink ( Singapore Sling ) This was one of the best I have ever had! Not many Restaurants know how to make it right or they don't have the ingredients. Also they sang Happy Birthday to my Wife when We got our dessert she was HAPPY. All in all it was a great evening, THANK YOU!

I have been trying to get there for the last 2 years and something always came up. The time had come new friends moved close by and decided to book here to welcome them into the neighborhood. To keep this shirt we were not disappointed from the minute we walked in. The reception attended to us immediately, we sat as soon as everyone arrived. Waiter (Anthony) came up within seconds of being seated and formally introduced himself. After a few minutes (Matteo) introduced himself and if I’m not mistaken he was the manager which welcomed us. The waiter and staff were super attentive glasses always full and order submitted all at once. The food was at a whole new level amazing flavors perfect portions from the appetizers all the way to dessert was exceptional. I can’t say one thing was better than the other the entire meal from beginning to end was amazing and I can’t wait to return with more family. Excellent job by the Chefs and staff, I can’t say enough good things we were very impressed.

Dinner & Service were great. We have been to Chop Shop more than once and each time it was a pleasure.
