Brussel sprouts were delicious, The braised short ribs were tender , tasty and paired nicely with root veggies and mashed potatoes. Our server, Ashley Beers, was exceptional. Friendly, informed and engaging.

We had an overall excellent experience at jags last night. The food was full of flavor and the service was top notch. It didn’t surprise me that our server has been working there for over 21 years.

It was my wife's 71st birthday. She had the Soy Ginger Atlantic Salmon. She loved it. I had a taste and I agreed. I had the Surf & Turf and selected the Prime Churrasco Grilled Steak and the Ahi Tuna. First, the carrots and mushrooms were delicious. The Tuna was great, especially with the ginger and horseradish sauce. The steak was a little gutty, cooked well and had a good taste overall but I wasn't overly impressed. The potatoes were good but nothing to brag about. We had a bottle of their Malbec, very nice. A little over priced and I thought there was a little too much pushing on the wine club. I was surprised that there was not even a small token desert for my wife's birthday. And when we were well into our dinner we realized that we never got any bread before dinner. Overall though I would go back, but I'll be a little more demanding. I prefer a laid back approach and expect to get great service across the board from start to finish. Our waiter was courteous prompt and we did not have to wait for anything.

There was absolutely nothing i didn’t like. You can tell the food here was prepped with care and people who care about the quality of cooking. I will say you might not like everything but can definitely appreciate the articulation that is made when creating this food. Well done. And for the fact this kind of place is in small town middle Ohio and when you walk in you feel like you are in a big city. Dang good dang good job!!

First time going to any Red Lobster, will definitely go back again. We received a gift card over the holidays, was surprised over the amount of food for the price. My only complaint is the booth seating isn't very comfortable for plus size guests. I didn't ask about being seated somewhere else because I only saw tables for larger groups instead of 2 people.
