We’ve walked past this place many times. Finally decided to try it. Glad we did! The food was yummy, cocktails were very nice, the service was the best thing about our whole experience. Sean was attentive, personable, and had such a fun personality! There was also live jazz so that was a nice surprise! We recommend eating here.

Once again, out of prime rib early in the evening. Not sure how that can happen in a first-rate restaurant, but it happens more often than it should. Jordan is a great server, attentive, without being in the way of good conversation. She's a "keeper" and we always enjoy having her for our server! The rib eye was excellent even though it wasn't my first choice. My wife's fillet was good too. Please don't ever change your sauteed brussel sprouts recipe, except maybe to use less sugar (it would still be very good!). Great ambience in the upper dining room across from the hostess station, but not so much in the side room past the wine display. Haven't ever been seated in the lower dining area, and prefer the upper one. The food costs have gotten high enough to where we can't dine at Rudy's as often as we'd like to. That's a shame because we love the staff, the food and the ambience.

Great location in Salem; close to everything; adjacent to Holman Hotel and the conference center. The staff was great. We were seated promptly on a Friday night and Courtney, our server was attentive and charming. Drinks arrived on time; wine selection is limited but delicious. The menu choices were unusual. I enjoyed the Farro arugula salad with goat cheese. My partner ordered the baby back ribs with Korean glaze, kimchi and potato salad. I found the flavor of his meal too hot and spicy to enjoy.

Fist time there and luckily got table in front of fireplace. Experience was excellent as well as service and foods. Noise level isn’t exactly ideal for romantic date at least not by fireplace. Perhaps more quiet in the corner next to fireplace? However, the foods and our server was excellent. The roasted marrow bones delicious and we got to take the bones home for our fur babies, whom also enjoyed this delicious treats. The Brussels sprouts were alright though might try another appetizer next time. My boyfriend enjoyed his NY steak with shrimps added was perfect and had a smoky flavor which he enjoyed. My Jalisco chicken pasta was also delicious and spicy which I enjoyed. Thank you Vault 244 for this fantastic first experience! Will be back in the near future.

We had a great dinner last night at Amadeus. Tuesday is Happy Hour all night and so you can get smaller portions that are still very hearty. I had a wonderful smoky Negroni and the food was really good. Even better, our server, whose name I didn't get, was fabulous!! I don't know when I've had better service anywhere. Give that woman a raise!!
