- NNicolaLas Vegas •9 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe booked a table for my nephews birthday, 9 of us attended. Had to wait until bang on 7 to get the table. Food was lovely. Garlic bread kept on coming. Everywhere you looked, there was garlic bread. Coeliac options were there aswell. I got the piri piri chicken, sauce on side was so spicy. My hubby got the striploin, well done. We shared. Would defo go back.More infoBoeuf and Frites (Temple Bar)Price: Moderate• Irish• Temple Bar•4.4
- SSamanthaDublin •5 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoChicken Kara age has changed, it was much nicer before which is a shame, it was too thick of a coating which was soggy at the chicken and the chicken wasn’t as good quality, Ebi Dragon roll was lovely as always!More infoYamamori South CityPrice: Expensive• Japanese• George's Street•4.6
- LLisaDublin •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI booked kickys for 6 of us for my partners birthday. From start to finish the experience was 5 stars. Welcomed by lovely staff who took our coats and showed us to our table. They explained the menu to us and took drinks orders, giving us time to decide on our meal. The tasting menu was €79 and gave you a chance to try nearly everything on the menu, which was incredible value when you look at the individual cost of each dish. The pace of the tasting menu was something I was particularly impressed with. I have done tastings in other restaurants and have felt rushed to finish and absolutely stuffed to the gills after, but in Kickys we were given plenty of time to savour each dish and relax between servings. At no time did we feel rushed or under pressure to give back our table etc. The music was chilled when we came in to eat and picked up a bit as the night went on which I thought was a clever touch to pick up the atmosphere as it got a bit later. I told our waiter that it was my partners birthday and they came out with a candle and cake and all the staff sang to him, including the chefs who gave it socks from the kitchen. Overall, the meal was expensive but considering the quality of both the food and service I would say excellent value for money. I will definitely be returning for my next occasion dinner.More infoKicky'sPrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• South City Centre•4.7
- WWilliamDublin •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoAs usual, the lunch special was excellent and very good value. I could almost claim to be disappointed because it wasn't brilliant--which it sometimes rises to--but that doesn't seem quite fair. My guest was delighted with the croque madame, which is my default dish if for some reason the special doesn't appeal to me.More infoChez MaxPrice: Expensive• French• Dame Street•4.7
