This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was fabulous and our waiter. Spencer was kind and caring the entire time. This was overall wonderful experience.

We have been dining at One Coastal for many years, predating the arrival of James Beard Award Finalist Chef Matt Kern. We were so delighted that after One Coastal changed hands we were able to enjoy the same unrivaled, creative, fresh Delaware cuisine. Tonight our family ordered the duck and the rockfish. Both were expertly executed. The flavor profiles of both dishes were unusual, cohesive, and delightful. My husband and I both enjoyed our cocktails, a Duchess and a Ryanhatten. The food is excellent. Every dish we had was phenomenal. The service was spotty as it took a while for the waiter to get our drink order. We never got bread that comes with every meal, drink refills were slow and never got the last one we asked for. For a fine dining experience service should be very good for $40-50 entrees. The portions are large and we left full. The cooks knocked it out of the park. We will go back and hope to eat in the main dining room next time.

Love coming to Island House for the excellent food and awesome water views! Today did not disappoint. Although a little on the "pricey" side, portions are generous. Server today was a bit inattentive - rarely checking in even though we were his only table.

As a huge fan of the Channel Bass Inn, it was incredible to be a part of their final tea party for their 2024 season. The food was amazing with great flavors. I highly recommend dining here on your next visit to Chincoteague.
