Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious.     Best restaurant in Seattle. Food is AMAZING, service is great and a great atmosphere. I have eaten here over 25 times and every time it is so good! Plenty of options to eat from steak to seafood to oysters, shrimp, and delicious pasta dishes. If you want a GREAT meal you need to go here. And their wines are great too!!

    Wonderful Christmas Eve dinner for our family! From delicious cocktails to scrumptious NY aged steaks and rabbit tagliatelle, grilled octopus to panna cotta for desert, the entire meal was perfect and the service was top-notch. Love the new location and we will be back very soon!
