Our table was fantastic with the waiter named Mead. It was so WONDERFUL!! We had escargot, and an arugula salad w/ chévre, beets, and carmilized onions, and salmon & duck a lorenge w/ potatoes, and haricots verts. We finished it up w/creme brulee. We had all the drinks and beers. It was AMAZING!!! We should go there more often!!

Natalie, Manager went over and above to make sure we had an exceptional experience. The food was out of this world. We loved everything we ordered. I ordered the Salmon it was perfect to taste my co worker ordered the cheeseburger with everything and fries. Our appetizer was a spicy shrimp with fried rice. Everything was delicious, everything. Natalie thank you for making our experience exceptional. Tonight was dinner/theatre evening out with girls and deciding to eat at Culinary Dropout was a win-won. Exceptional. The food, drinks and overall experience was extraordinary! We were celebrating one of our best friends birthday and it was the best restaurant we could have chosen. Our waitress, Kaila, was so kind, extremely attentive and very knowledgeable. Honestly, everybody we interacted with was kind. For drinks, I ordered 2 amaretto sours and my friend had a Paloma as well as an amaretto sour. The bartender is superb! For appetizers, My friend ordered the deviled eggs with fried shrimp and I ordered the lobster rolls. The lobster rolls were a bit overcooked and Kaila immediately jumped into action. I didn’t want to replace them since I was ordering more food but she brought me a replacement, on the house might I add, just to make sure I was satisfied. I couldn’t have been more pleased! For dinner, I ordered the wet aged ribeye steak and the corn brûlée, my friend ordered the lamb chops with the loaded mashed potatoes and the bday girlie ordered a NY strip steak with a tomato salad. The steaks and lamb chops were cooked beautifully! Absolutely delicious! The sides were really good as well!! The corn is a bit on the sweeter side of course but was still very good. At the end of dinner, Kaila made sure that the birthday girl had her a celebratory dessert to go! This was our first time here and we will absolutely be back!!

This is not our first time for the Capital Grill and it certainly will not be the last. We have never been dissapointed with the service and quality of food at the Capital Grill in Charlotte. This was an anniversary dinner for us. They decorated the table with hearts and an anniversary card was waiting at the table. Our server, Denise, was extremely helpful and paced out the dinner perfectly. Dessert was on the house along with a rose for my wife. Granted, this might be a special occasioin restaurant, but you will get the same super service and food anytime you go. Highly recommend the Capital Grill in Charlotte.

Great experience and the decor is fabulous. Sterling our server was patient, professional, and provided excellent service. The food is always consistent and delicious.
