The food is phenomenal, hotel is lovely and staff are friendly and really helpful.

Amazing dining experience from beginning to end! Friendly and accommodating service throughout. Our favorite items were the foie gras, beef wellington, braised short rib, and the sticky toffee pudding. I was particularly impressed that some of the items such as the beef wellington and the sticky toffee pudding were distinctly superior here compared to where we had them before at the Pub & Grill. They weren't bad at the Pub & Grill, but were somewhat forgettable. I wasn't sure what the hype was regarding those items before but now I understand after having them at Hell's Kitchen. Would love to come back and will likely visit the Harrah's location near San Diego which is closer to home soon!

We had a fantastic meal. The service and the staff were wonderful. I will definitely put Yellowtail on my list of must visit every time I go to Vegas. The baked crab sushi was my favorite.
