- BBETTYWashington, D.C. Area •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe moment we walked into La Grande Boucherie DC we felt welcomed. The hostess at the entrance shared a little about the beautiful venue before seating us. PRETTY COOL BAR! Our waiter, Steven welcomed us again before introducing himself. His attention made our visit special, as well as the overall staff. We ordered the lobster bisque and the pear salad, the salmon and the steak frites and shared a cheesecake for dessert. We certainly enjoyed our food and dining experience. La Grande Boucherie in NY had already made a good impression on us when we organized a large gathering with family and friends. We appreciate Filip at the hospitaity team, Steven in DC and Izzetin in NYC. Thank you!More infoLa Grande Boucherie - DCPrice: Very Expensive• French• Washington•4.3

She was phenominal with giving suggestions for drinks, food, and specials. I got the heavenly eggs, and my fiance got collard greens dip. Excellent. I went with the chicken and specialty waffle of the month, which was red velvet. Crispy, flaky waffle, not overbearing seasoned chicken, and give you the option of whitw or dark meat with you waffles. I also had a side of yams and macaroni & cheese. My fiance got banana pudding waffles and a side of lobster mac. Everything was delicious. We got the special dessert, which was the Strawberry Trifle. So good. Not overly sweet. 10/10 recommend. Now I have got to find the number for them to cater my wedding!More infoKitchen + Kocktails by Kevin Kelley - DCPrice: Expensive• Regional American (Southern)• Downtown•4.2

Elvis immediately acknowledged that we were vegetarians and had accommodations made for even the fixed Valentine’s Day menu. We truly appreciate it. And not to forget, but the food was incredible. I would go back and eat an entire bowl of the beet salataMore infoZaytinya - DCPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Penn Quarter•4.7

She guide us through the menu very well and carefully for us to make the best experience. We have some wings, popcorn shrimp, with some extra dirty sauce, ( no to spicy for my taste ) but delicious. Tuna tartare and the Dirty fry chicken on point to enjoy it the southern taste. Kudos to Trish for take care of us and make our night unforgettable. Until next time! The food was delicious and fresh, with a menu that perfectly suits an American-style restaurant. The staff was very accommodating, and the pricing was moderately valued. We were very satisfied with every visit. Staying at the hotel across the street made it even more convenient. I only wish I had taken food photos to capture how great everything looked! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in DC from Miami!More infoThe Smith – Penn Quarter, Washington, D.CPrice: Expensive• American• Penn Quarter•4.6
