Depuis plus de 20 ans, le Paolo's a apporté les saveurs italiennes dans le Kent. Paul Raftis fonda le restaurant après avoir appris à cuisiner aux côtés de sa mère, Darlene Raftis. Il aime la cuisine ouverte, qui lui permet de discuter avec vous pendant qu'il travaille.
