My partner and I visited this restaurant twice during our stay. It was the best meat we have ever tasted. The meat is absolutely delicious. The service is very professional, and the entire arrangement and decor of the place are wonderful. We highly recommend it, and the meat is definitely worth the price.

For a new place great service and very good food. We like the small plates and how they split an entire if you don’t want tons of food….

The food was fantastic. We also tried two alcoholic drinks; they were fine but nothing special. The only thing we felt could improve was the habanero chili sauce. It didn’t have any spice at all, which was surprising. As a museum meant to preserve Yucatecan gastronomy, the sauces should reflect the true flavors, including the expected heat. None of the salsas were spicy, and even we, who rarely eat spicy food, could finish them without a problem. The food was excellent overall, but the sauces could be more authentic to the traditional flavors.
