Every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Whether it was the perfectly cooked proteins, the fresh sides, or the attention to detail in presentation, everything exceeded my expectations. But what truly made the experience stand out was the service. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making sure we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. It’s rare to find such a great balance between efficiency and genuine hospitality, but they nailed it. Overall, Kobè is a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Walked right in at 4 pm Valentine’s Day and they were fully staffed with happy servers. Food was prompt, fresh, hot and tasty.
