Restaurants near Hampton Inn Easton

We booked earlier the same day on a Saturday and didn’t have many options in Easton for our preferred seating time - I’m glad this encouraged us to try SURV! Service was very good - friendly, knowledgeable, and checked in at appropriate intervals. Oyster appetizer special was excellent and everything else we tried was also very good.

My finance and I came here to celebrate our engagement, and it didn’t disappoint. We have been to Zest before, so we were expecting similar vibes, and while it was a rooftop setting and had similar ingredient ideas, it was a 10/10 experience. We had the perfect seating, a booth overlooking the city. We were offered two glasses of complimentary champagne for our celebration. The appetizers were stunningly delicious: tuna tartar and grilled octopus. We split, or I should say fought over, the seasonal soup, because I think it was the most flavorful soup we’ve ever tasted. I ordered an ostrich steak for my entree because of its uniqueness, and my fiancé got the halibut. Excellently plated and fresh tasting. We ordered the chai cheesecake based off reading other reviews, and originally we were mistakenly given the apple pie, but we got to enjoy both at no extra cost. Accompanied by dessert drinks and an ending shot at the bar, the experience was one to remember.

The food and service was absolutely superb!!! We really did enjoy it. It was nice that it was a BYOB, but they are awaiting a liquor license. The restaurant is a bit noisy. Entree prices were fair, but there is a charge for every extra…rice, bread, sauces. There is also an automatic 20% add-on to the bill to cover the tip.

Another wonderful dinner at Marblehead. The service was amazing and the food was fresh. Perfectly prepared. Fried oysters the best anywhere. Small local restaurant that I almost hate to praise for fear it will get too crowded!!

Made a 5:30 reservation we got there about 10 minutes early we’re seated right away and our waiter showed up immediately and he was very courteous and did an excellent job even though they got very busy. Good was great service was great and ask for more!!
