We had a reservation for 6:30 on a Friday evening. We arrived around 6:25 and was greeted with a smile and kindness by the hostess. She informed us our table wasn’t ready but should be shortly and it was. We were seated at 6:31. Our waitress was very pleasant and accommodating. I personally have issues with servers including themselves in my date by using the word “WE” when addressing the table. “What are WE having to drink tonight?” It may just be me but I don’t care for it. Our food came and I must say, my 6oz Filet may have been one of the best steaks I’ve eaten. The risotto was cooked perfectly as well. A very enjoyable dinner.

I was excited to eat here during my monthly visit to Greenville. I sat at the bar with a friend, and the two female bartenders made us feel so uncomfortable and as if they did not want us there. We ordered drinks and apps and then noticed that the bartenders were being friendly with everyone, but us. We ended up ordering our entrees to go and ate in the hotel room. My order was put in wrong and the part that was correct tasted different than usual. Was really disappointed. Love this place, but the service that night was lacking to say the least.

I love this place. Sad that it had no Valentine’s menu. Nothing very special. Food is always good but the experience has lost its luster. We had dessert but they were out of coffee. Grrrr. Interestingly enough it’s not the first time we have been told that coffee was out. Made me wonder if they just told customers that because at 8:30 at night that they didn’t want to make another pot. I just feel like the restaurant needs the spark it once had.

Food was delicious service was great, you absolutely get your moneys worth, the quality is insane. Staff is so kind and knowledgeable, they give great recommendations. If you come here YOU HAVE TO TRY the Crab Shack Oysters. They are to die for.
