Located in the heart of downtown Long Beach, Radish is a celebration of the agricultural spirit of the Gulf Coast and the unlikely connection between a charming coastal town and the humble root vegetable that put it on the map. Nineteenth-century farmers took advantage of the L&N Railroad and the opportunity to ship the fruits of their labor northward. Wonderful little bistro. Fresh ingredients. Different than most anywhere on the coast. A diamond in the rough! A hidden gem! Lovely service. Decent wine selection, better than most anywhere around. On the Mississippi Coast, I’d say there really isn’t much like it.

Excellent food and service. I didn’t think Chef Sumrall could improve on his other restaurant, White Pillars, but Siren is just as fantastic, with a diverse menu.

Great food. Didn’t have to wait for a table. Food came out quick. Service was fantastic. We had Fried Green Tomatoes, shrimp and grits Benedict, and shrimp étouffée omlette. Everything was delicious.
