- PPhilvipWashington, D.C. Area •61 reviews5.0Dined todayAbsolutely the best Italian food I've had in Italy, with service and a fantastic table to go with it. Having just spent 10 days in 3 cities across Italy, I really appreciated everything, and the hospitality that went with it. Great pate, lasagna and daily fish. Super wine list as well. Looking forward to returning next trip to SEA.More infoThe Pink DoorPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Belltown / Pike Place Market•4.8
- LLoriSeattle / Eastern Washington •9 reviews4.0Dined todayWild Ginger is a wonderful restaurant and it's proximity to Benaroya Hall is very convenient. We partook of the special pre fixe menu offered with the concert tickets we purchased. There were some snags this evening. The reservation app tried to push back my reservation by 15 minutes, I called and confirmed our original time. Our party of 4 were seated immediately, the host staff were very nice. However, after several minutes we had to flag down a staff person (turned out to be a manager) to take our drink orders. When we informed him that we were all doing the pre fixe menu he said he would get the order in right away. I think the first course came before the drinks. And because it was family style the table got one serving dish of each item. I have no problem with the family style, but for 4 people the servings should have been bigger. We did not have time to wait for another order. The food was tasty, as were the drinks. But the restaurant was overbooked (big company parties our manager/waiter told us) and understaffed. I hope the pre fixe option can be offered again, as I would like to go back, but hopefully they can do better in the future.More infoWild Ginger Downtown SeattlePrice: Expensive• Asian• Downtown•4.6
- NNicholeSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoReview for The George at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel If opulence had a taste, it would be found at The George at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel. This is not just a dining experience — it is a masterpiece of sensory immersion. From the moment you step inside, you are enveloped by an atmosphere of grandeur and elegance that feels both regal and intimate. The architecture alone is worthy of reverence, with soaring ceilings, intricate details, and an undeniable sense of luxury woven into every inch of the space. But the true magic lies in the dining experience itself. Every dish is a revelation. The flavors are not merely balanced — they are orchestrated. Each bite feels like a journey, with layers of taste unfolding on the palate in ways that linger long after the plate is empty. The attention to detail is astonishing — from the presentation of each dish to the thoughtful selection of ingredients that feel both classic and innovative. Even the seating feels intentional. Plush, inviting, and perfectly arranged to create a sense of intimacy while still allowing you to drink in the beauty of the surroundings. It’s clear that nothing at The George is accidental. Everything serves the experience. This was more than a date night — it was an encounter with beauty, artistry, and indulgence in its highest form. Five stars do not feel like enough. If you’re looking for a space where luxury meets warmth, and refinement meets wonder, The George is not to be missed.More infoThe GeorgePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.3

- CClydonCorpus Christi / McAllen •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 29, 2024I’ve been to Ben Paris previously for dinner and had an amazing server by the name of Hatti or Hatty? She pronounced it as “Hat-Tea” and she definitely left a lasting impression. She recommended a pasta with a certain type of beef, which was outstanding. Came back into town with my family who have never been to Seattle and immediately booked a breakfast. The meals were just as delicious as the dinner meals. Highly recommend dining here not only because of the food and service, but the location is the best (one block from Pike Place Market). I’d recommend parking in the parking garage across the street which gives you easy access to everything, which I believe costs about $26 overnight, but definitely worth the price due to location.
