Food was perfect, hot and served in good time. Portions were good and competitively priced. Would definitely recommend.More infoAberdunant HallPrice: Expensive• British• Porthmadog•4.9
- JjaneYorkshire •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoAnother very enjoyable evening all round. Great menu, hard to choose. Lots of tips on drinks to complement food choices. Two of us enjoyed prawns and scallops for starters, crab claw linguine and souffle for mains, we shared cheese and dessert wine for pud. Very efficient and helpful service. Looking forward to the next time!More infoBryn Williams at Porth EiriasPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Colwyn Bay•4.6
- DMDeeMBerkshire •2 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoGreat experience as always. Birthday lunch for my husband and we brought the in laws with us. It was their first meal at Potted Lobster and they loved it. We all had the fish and chip special, mine was the gluten free option and it was delicious. Thank you for lovely service we have come to expect.More infoThe Potted Lobster - AbersochPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Pwllheli•4.7
- KKathrynCheshire •1 review5.0Dined on Jan 24, 2025Well cooked food, good, friendly service. Comfortable "old-fashioned" pub. Chose to eat in the bar this time, but there is also a very nice dining room. Menu is "pub" food rather than fine dining. Lunch menu a bit limited and only a small number of lighter options available.More infoRoyal Oak - Kinnerton LanePrice: Moderate• Pub• Chester•3.8
- AAndrewYorkshire •1 review4.0Dined on Nov 29, 2024We planned a weekend break in Dolgellau and Y Sospan was booked two weeks before the trip. We last ate there in September 2023 so being keen to visit again is a strong recommendation. We both wanted the lamb shank and it was outstanding in quality and quantity. It's a really interesting building, the service was excellent, the whole experience just what we hoped for. We did, in fact, return for lunch, without booking, on Saturday as we were keen to give the Cafe Menu a try. It'll be on our wish list anytime we are in North Wales and want a decent meal.More infoY Sospan, Queen's Square, Dolgellau, UKPrice: Moderate• Bistro• Dolgellau•4.3
