We has a lovely late lunch. It was all delicious but highly recommended is the mushroom risotto. As we hadn’t seen each for ages we celebrated with cocktails to start try Tiramisu Expresso martini gorgeous. The staff were just the right degree of attentiveness warm and friendly. I strongly recommend a visit.

Came November 15th. Booked again Dec 7th, but due to storm Darragh had to postpone to Sun 22nd Dec and cancelled trains. I’m Gluten Free, fabulous choice, was so looking forward to returning due to large choices on GF menu. Great ambiance, staff exceptional service, fabulous location in York to all shops. Would highly recommend to anyone See you again soon/ in the New Year u hope

I’ve tried a few Ivy restaurants around the country including Covent Garden last week but my home town Harrogate branch is the best, great staff, the outdoor experience at Christmas is spectacular and comfortably warm, and the food is exceptionally well prepared.

I've been here before and wasn't disappointed as outstanding food and service. I really can't fault this restaurant at all as all the party of 4 unanimously agreed about the high standard with a friendly welcome and non fussy service.

Outstanding! This was the first but most definitely not the last time we visited Vivido. We were a table of 9 and the service was impeccable: friendly and attentive but in no way overbearing. Staff were very friendly and seamlessly attended to us without being intrusive. The food was very very good - we had a mix of pizzas, pastas and risottos, all of which were excellent. In fact one of my colleagues who cooks a lot said it was the best risotto they’ve ever had! Amazing gluten free options. We also had a child with us and she was catered for with a children’s menu. It’s hard to find a place that has a good atmosphere, great service and amazing food. Vivido have it all. Highly recommend!
