Lovely big restaurant. Staff were very good and friendly. The ambiance could be better. Maybe table cloths and flowers. Food was lovely and presented well. Price is on par with other restaurants. So not cheap.

We had Afternoon Tea at the Brabazon restaurant. It was a truly wonderful experience. Sinead was our host and she provided a wonderful service, explaining about the food and making sure we were enjoying the experience. Many thanks to Breda who prepared the wonderful delights both savoury and sweet. Thank you to Sinead and Breda. Happy to recommend the Tankardstown Afternoon Tea. We will come again.

We had a birthday outing with four women and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a quiet night and we had a nice bright corner. We had chicken wings and stuffed garlic mushrooms, which we shared. Two of us had had curry and enjoyed it and the other two had a chicken dish with a delicious mushroom sauce, nice market vegetables and roast potatoes. All enjoyed their mains . We finished off with two delicious desserts that we shared. It was a lovely birthday treat. The service was very good thanks to both our waiters.

We had a large group and they were very accommodating, very well organised the food was lovely and we will definitely be back 🤩🤩👍👍

We dined at this fantastic restaurant on a foggy January night so couldn’t really appreciate the location in the grounds of a castle. It made no difference to our experience as the food was delicious, with wonderful service. Would recommend a visit.
