- JJoycePittsburgh / Western PA •5 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoHave eaten here multiples times; emphasized to waitress that I wanted lightly pink filet and asked for confirmation that medium well was what I wanted. Yes she said clearly. When the meals came, the waitress asked if everything was okay before we had a chance to cut our meat. Ordered medium well and of the 4 steaks, my filet arrived RARE. Had to wait awhile, no less than 10 min, for the waitress to return and send the steak back. She insisted that she wrote down Med Rare. It was clear the mistake was on her and she never apologized for her mistake. I had to ask to have the Bernaise sauce remade so it wasn't stone cold. Very annoying to wait to eat all my sides with my steak. After this, the waitress offered us birthday desserts. We asked if they were free and she said yes. The bill came and we were charged for them. She again insisted that it was on the bill and it wasn't. Then she brings back the bill and only one dessert was removed. The communication was not clear and perhaps it was bc we were celebrating 2 birthdays. Being transparent would have been appreciated. We left her a full 20% tip although she didn't deserve it and my meal was quite disappointing. The rest of the meals were good.More infoDel Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.8

- CCarrieabPittsburgh / Western PA •6 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 26, 2024My daughter & I went to Ritual House for the first time last night. We got seated in a booth near the bar. We ordered a bread board and the edamame, both were good! I ordered the Asian inspired chicken and got the sauce on the side, as recommended by the waiter. The chicken was moist and the breading perfectly done! The sauce was on the sweeter side (almost like syrup), so I am glad it was on the side. Didn’t care for the slaw. My daughter got a grilled chicken Caesar salad, she said it was good! We will definitely be back to try some different food.More infoRitual HousePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.7
- KKevinSan Francisco Bay Area •11 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024Amazing Christmas dinner! We had a great time. We started with the Crab Cakes, which were cooked perfectly with lots of crab meat and a delicious corn salad and spicy aioli. Then we moved on to delicious French Onion Soup and King Crab Corn Bisque. Both soups were fresh and wonderfully seasoned. Our entrees were the Bison Filet and the Medaliins of Filet. The bison was cooked just as we wanted it, and the sauces on the medallions were delightful. We ended the meal with a huge piece of delicious carrot cake. It was so rich and luscious that we even had to take some home. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a special dinner with exceptional food and service. John was very attentive and made the experience even better. Great job. We will be back!!More infoEddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef & Seafood - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Downtown•4

Our waiter Gregory was pleasant, courteous, gracious, considerate, thoughtful, understanding, accommodating, attentive and professional. Every dish of the Feast of the Seven Fishes was exceptional. Chef was superb. Staff was superb. Waiter was superb. Bartender that prepared our Old Fashion Bourbon was the best of the best. We genuinely hope that everyone has the best of holidays.More infoAlta Via - Market SquarePrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown•4.5
