Restaurants near Hostel 6-15

Forever one of my favourite restaurants. From the service to the food, everything is spectacular. A must try when in Mexico.

As a chicago resident, I’m accustomed great restaurants…especially a great steak!! Porfirios was simply a great meal. The steak (special) was outstanding. My kids loved their sirloin too. They made for great tacos. The service was attentive. And, what a great addition with the mariachi and Mayan dance performance. Truly appreciated our time and recommend to anyone looking for a quality dinner away from the hotel.

We stayed at the Xcaret hotel so it was an easy walk to the restaurant. Food was spectacular, attention to detail evident in plating and presentation, and service was excellent. We declined the alcohol due to medical reasons, and the non alcoholic drinks were a thoughtful, pleasant surprise to us. One member of our party does not speak Spanish, so they had a lead waiter who explain the dishes in English. Booking the reservation with OpenTable was very easy and we would do it again!

A little too loud and you could definitely get new steak knives since it was difficult to cut the steaks

Wonderful food. Very nice Chicken Arepa. We had Duck and Res Snapper as the mains. Both were very tasty. Good Mojito cocktail. The waiter was very attentive. Beautiful view from the patio and mice relaxing setting.
