The ribeye was cooked to a perfect medium rare as ordered and tender and juicy. Service by Cesar was exceptional and professional. As a woman dining alone the service in Guadalajara tends to be disinterested at best,even in higher end restaurants that . Not the case here. Cesar was professional and attentive throughout.
