- RRenneVIPChicago / Illinois •8 reviews5.0Dined todayHad a wonderful time. We checked in for a birthday dinner, and the hostess inquired whose birthday it was and greeted the birthday boy warmly, as did our server when she came to our table to greet us. Everything was delicious. We had the Prosciutto and warm bread, fried artichokes, rigatoni amatriciana, the NY strip and the roasted romanesco. Highly recommend the artichokes and the rigatoni, just outstanding. We had 2 cocktails, both delicious, and the pistachio gelato (one serving is enough for 2 people to share). They had 2 glasses of prosecco brought out for a birthday toast. We will definitely be back. The pricing is standardly high on the food side, but that is to be expected these days.More infoil CarciofoPrice: Expensive• Italian• West Loop•4.5

- NNaomiVIPChicago / Illinois •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe have been waiting to come to Daisies for a few years now, and we're finally able to pull the trigger during restaurant week. Every. Single. Thing. We. Ate. Was. Amazing! The highlights are of course their handmade pasta dishes, each bite of which was like being in pasta heaven. We were pleasantly surprised by the starter squash salad and the olive oil crumb cake as well, though the standout dessert was their tiramisu. As Daisies has a seasonal menu based on the produce that comes from their partner farm, we will absolutely be back another time to try whatever they have to offer.More infoDaisies ChicagoPrice: Expensive• American• Logan Square•4.8
- NnicholasCentral Kentucky •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoDuring my recent visit, I had the pleasure of trying the Lamb Barbacoa Biryani and the Octopus Sopecitos. The Lamb Barbacoa Biryani features basmati rice, saffron, mint, and a roti seal, serving 2-3 people. The Octopus Sopecitos consist of blue corn sopes topped with Chettinad-style fried octopus, spinach, and som tum. would do these again and again! The ambiance at Mirra is warm and inviting, reflecting elements common in Indian and Mexican interior design. The menu is designed for sharing, with a focus on small plates that blend flavors from both cuisines.More infoMirraPrice: Expensive• Mexican• Bucktown / Wicker Park•4.7
