Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished.     Wonderful Christmas Eve experience at the Ruxton. We opted for a late lunch and were totally satisfied with the service, ambiance and (of course) the food. My filet was prepared exactly as requested and it was extremely tender and delicious. My wife’s salmon dish was equally satisfying. If you haven’t been to the Ruxton yet, you have to try it. You won’t be disappointed!

    We were seated immediately for our 5:30 pm reservation. Our server, Juquon, was friendly, informative,and prompt.The food was amazing, starting with our appetizer of butternut squash bisque, which was more than amazing, I could drink a gallon of it. Every dish to follow was fantastic, I've never been to a restaurant where every solitary dish tasted great. No complaints can't wait to go back. Make sure you try the sweet potato bread pudding for dessert.

    This place was a 10/10! If you have a special occasion to celebrate, do not hesitate! Our server, Sammie, was delightful and the venue is gorgeous - Old school classy but not stuffy. We are foodies from New Orleans where food is a Way of life and this place was on par with some of the best in NOLA. We had the steak tartar, the Brussel sprouts, the swordfish, the Cobia, and the short ribs. Highly recommend all. We also enjoyed several inventive cocktails. All around great experience!
