We start with the freshest ingredients we can find, delivered to our kitchen each day of the week. We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way. We want each meal you enjoy with us to be a memorable and delicious one; so we work hard preparing each dish to order, smoking ribs and brisket, filleting fresh fish, hand cutting steaks, preparing homemade soups daily and baking our fresh breads and desserts.     My wife and I went for our 22nd anniversary. It was our first time here and we were very pleased with our experience. We made reservations foe 5:15 and we're about 15 min early and we were seated immediately. Our server was excellent explaining the menu and all the options including the spe ials that were not on the menu. We ordered an appetizer each which came pretty quick and as we finished up them our entrees arrived just a few minutes later. Everything was timed perfectly and we did not wait a long time in between. Food was excellent and cooked to perfection. We were full by the end of our meal so when our waitress asked about dessert we had to decline. However because it was our Anniversary she boxed up a piece of cake to go which we enjoyed later on that night. Overall wonderful experience and we will definitely come back again, I highly recommend this restaurant.

    This was my third visit in two weeks. Each lunch was with different friends. As I have stated before food excellent, service very, very good even though they were extremely busy with large holiday groups.
