1st time at Newtown location to celebrate a birthday. They did an awesome job! Kate was our server and she was amazing! Service was impeccable!

One of our favorite places for date night. Great seating on the porch, never felt rushed. Impeccable service, food ,& presentation.

Sevice was great as was the food. Very busy so they gave out beer samples to maintain happiness. Go after peak dinner time for a table and ss crowed experience.

We haven’t been here for awhile. Food was just great as usual. So happy to be back. We will return often.

Our go-to restaurant when we have friends and family visiting. The service is always excellent, the menu expansive enough for everyone to find something they like, and the choice between the more energetic historic section of the tavern or the quieter greenhouse area is really appreciated. Some menu favorites of ours... the pork schnitzel with mustard sauced potatoes, the bacon wrapped shrimp and calamari appetizers, and definitely the homemade rice pudding. A gem of a restaurant in an unlikely location that's worth the trip.
