Everything we had was wonderful and thoughtful from the food to the cocktails. Our server gave us great recommendations and was very polite. I was here 10 years ago and the food is still as excellent as it was the first time. Bravo!

Would HIGHLY recommend to come here. Food was a ten out of ten. Must tries are absolutely the crispy rice, spicy rigatoni, branzino, and the shrimp tempura! You really can’t go wrong! The drinks were also delicious! Our server Iliana was amazing! Super attentive and so nice! The only problem was the host was not the best, but other than overall a great place to go. Don’t think twice, just go!!

From the warm, friendly greeting upon entering to the farewell wish for a wonderful evening. Marmalade sets the standard for an amazing culinary adventure. I've traveled all around the world and am proud to say Marmalade is one of the only MUST revisit restaurants whenever I'm in San Juan. The menu is unique and pushes your taste buds to their limits. The staff is well educated and very helpful in explaining every dish and every wine pairing (yes, the wine pairing is a must). Reward yourself with someone you could never recreate at home or in any other restaurant. You'll thank me later many times over.

We shared a wonderful family dinner celebrating Christmas Eve. The only downside of the evening was the long wait for our table, but I would attribute that to the holiday and limited restaurant availability in the area. Our server was pleasant and attentive. The food variety was great, and everything that came out was delicious . We liked the patio seating and the casual dining environment with the upscale meal options.

Very good food on a quiet night. Puerto Rican food has been so very good!
