Max Fish has retained incredible staff through the years, and these wonderful people provide a personal, comfortable, and enjoyable environment in which to have a high quality dinner time and time again. As always J.Gilberts didn’t disappoint our expectations! Great food and drinks, Amanda our server was Excellent! That’s why we’re repeat customers here in Glastonbury! J.Gilbert’s set the bar very high, not many steak houses can compare to their overall commitment to top quality food, drinks and exceptional service.

The food is always outstanding. The restaurant itself is always gorgeous. The staff is outstanding, we love Emma and have requested her for years. This is always a special experience for us. Much love and appreciation to the whole Mill on the River family.

We go to lunch here every Christmas Eve. It’s an annual tradition since the food, service, and ambiance never disappoints. We love Market Grille.

I Live out of state and drove an hour to enjoy this experience. In the town that I live, there are five Jamaican restaurants but nothing with the nice sit down atmosphere that long got miss Penny has. I’ve been twice and plan to continue supporting this business so that it can do well. I was glad to attend the ribbon-cutting, and although the place was packed, and the service was slower, the seven people I brought enjoyed the experience and the food. I plan to continue supporting this business.
