Scott was our Waiter and he was Excellent. We had the Roast Beef and it was the best Roast Beef ever ! Fingerling potatoes & baby carrots and greens. Started off with Butternut Squash soup and finished with a fancy vanilla ice cream dessert.

Andrew was an exceptional server. Very attentive, fast service and really kind. We were shocked how quickly our drinks and meals came especially given that it’s such a busy time of year with the holidays. Everything was cooked perfectly. Delicious !

The vibe was energizing hence it’s a bit loud but it didn’t bother me. We’ve been here a few times and each time we enjoyed our food. My fave appy is the beef kalbi wonton nachos. Yummmm! The person who greeted us, Chelsea, (not sure if she’s the manager) was very nice and accommodating. I requested a specific table by the window when I made the reservation and it was actually reserved for us. I wasn’t sure if they read the requests on Open Table but I guess they do. Our server, Josh, was very attentive and engaging. The Korean braised short ribs were wonderful that came with mashed potatoes with a hint of wasabi and some pickled veggies. I never regret dining here.

My fiancee and I went to Earls for our anniversary and it was so special, the service was exceptional, and the food came out timely and delicious. We had the yuzu calamari as our appetizer and it was cooked to perfection! So tender and juicy. For our entrees we both got the 9oz steaks; whoever made them really knows how to cook! It was buttery smooth and seasoned with just the right amount. Overall a 10/10 experience.

As usual, the Monday night 1/2 price pasta, and wine specials were excellent. I try and do my girls night out every Monday with a different friend so they can enjoy the experience as much as I do The wait staff are terrific.  I highly recommend you try the restaurant out if you haven’t been before!
