Brick Fire Tavern is a Craft Pizza Restaurant, specializing in creating hand crafted Neapolitan Pizza paired with craft beer, select wines, and other hand crafted dishes. By definition, “craft” in the context of food refers to the expertise in making things by hand, and usually in limited quantities. With this as our core, we are dedicated to the art of creating combinations that work in harmony with each other. This restaurant is unbelievable. The food is creative and put together in a way where the exotic flavors come together to create heaven in your mouth. We cannot say enough about how truly excellent the cuisine is. Whether it’s the lamb, the ahi, the brioche topped with all kinds of splendors…..it never disappoints. Additionally, James and Martin add to our wonderful experiences. James is so knowledgeable about wine pairings and Martin always makes sure we have the best culinary experience. Hats off to Chef Chris. He is a master.
