Blind Bishop is a modern wine bar and restaurant nestled in the Bishop Arts District of Dallas. Our wine list is curated by Sommelier/Owner Dilek Caner, who is currently the only Master of Wine in Texas. Impressed! I never thought Cedar Creek Lake could pull this amazing steakhouse off, but we went for my birthday and had a wonderful evening with great service, delicious food, and the nicest restaurant around the lake.
